Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate at our Waterworks location in Bowling Green, KY. This role involves both warehouse duties and outdoor pipe yard work with exposure to all weather conditions.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with possible overtime. Responsibilities include operating forklifts to pick orders, handling pallets, receiving and stocking material, and maintaining safety standards including PPE.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience required.
• Background in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to carry objects up to 50 lbs by hand or with assistance/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklift and sit-down forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and large piping.
• Work outdoors year-round in a pipeyard, in all weather conditions.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material accurately and timely.
• Store inventory and adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage.
