Job summary

Mosquito Joe of Andover-Peabody is hiring a Licensed Pesticide Applicator to join our field team. This full-time role includes a $400 signing bonus paid over the first four weeks and opportunities for professional growth in outdoor pest control for residential and commercial clients.

As a Field Technician, you’ll work 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, inspecting yards, applying treatments, and maintaining records in line with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed for commercial application of pesticides (state requirements)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
• Friendly and customer-focused

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and treat for outdoor pests
• Explain services and expectations to customers
• Maintain customer relationships and service records
• Maintain vehicles and safety records per state regs
• Drive to customer locations and work flexible hours
