Job summary

Rural King in Vincennes, IN is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to help customers and keep outdoor areas inviting. You’ll assist customers by loading purchases into their vehicles, price and zone outdoor merchandise, unload deliveries, gather shopping carts, and maintain a clean exterior presentation.

You may operate Telxon guns, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other tools while following the Outdoor Merchandising Guide.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Price and zone outdoor merchandise; maintain exterior presentation.
• Unload deliveries and gather shopping carts.
• Ensure parking lot, corral, and exterior areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow Outdoor Merchandising Guide for consistent, shop-ready displays.
• Operate retail equipment (Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder).
• Participate in cross-training and development programs.
