Leaders Furniture in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a part-time Sales Professional who loves outdoor living and helping customers create beautiful spaces. Join a company with over 50 years of Florida lifestyle experience and a team-driven culture.

You will receive onboarding, ongoing training, and a compensation package including hourly base plus commissions on sales, delivery, and protection plans. The schedule features a 28-hour workweek with weekends, and a supportive work environment.

Competenze

• Weekend/holiday availability required.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and travel to Largo for quarterly training.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Comfort with POS systems and shopping-furniture sales environment.

Mansioni

• Assist customers in selecting outdoor living products and solutions.
• Explain features and benefits, upsell where appropriate, and process sales at the POS.
• Provide exceptional in-store service in a momentum-oriented retail setting.
