Job summary

HomePro is seeking an Outdoor Living Installer in Carrollton, TX, to transform patios, decks, and gardens with outdoor kitchen construction and smart-tech integration. You'll work under a Lead installer, coordinating with teams to ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes outdoor design sensibility, strong communication, and a passion for evolving outdoor living spaces with the latest in technology and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further certifications in electrical systems, landscaping, or related fields are advantageous.
• Proven experience in technical installations, preferably with new construction, remodeling and carpentry.
• Design sensibility for outdoor aesthetics and the integration of technology into diverse environments.
• Excellent communication: strong verbal and written skills for client consultations and team coordination.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a creative and pragmatic approach to obstacles and customer delight.
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities

• Technical Installation: Install outdoor hardware & lifestyle solutions, primarily focused on Outdoor Kitchen construction & finish work.
• Team Coordination: Our installation teams will have you working under a Lead installer who will mentor you & foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends in outdoor living design & technology.
