Window Genie in Durham, NC is hiring a Holiday Lighting Professional. You’ll train on the Window Genie Way and perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and related tasks outdoor. Prior experience isn’t required, and you’ll earn $15–$20 per hour as you learn core skills in a dynamic daytime role.

The position focuses on hands-on work, customer interaction, and eventual opportunities for commissions or advanced training as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Have own cell phone and data plan to stay reachable.
• Reliable transportation to get to work on time.
• Able to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work overhead.

Responsibilities

• Provide various services including window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, or window tinting.
• Create a great customer experience by walkthroughs, collecting payments, and suggesting additional services.
• Maintain equipment and keep tools clean and in working order.
• Follow the Window Genie Way to ensure happy customers and repeat business.
