Job summary

Cohen Recycling is seeking an experienced Light Equipment Operator to join our Cincinnati/Norwood area team. You will safely handle forklifts, bobcats, and skid steers to load and process materials, while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals.

The role requires outdoors work in various weather, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. A drug test is required, with health and safety policies guiding daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of forklift, bobcat, skid steer, or related equipment experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, bobcats, and skid steers safely and efficiently.
• Move, load, sort, and process materials in outdoor environments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely task completion and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform environmental/safety inspections as required.
