Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician for the Columbus West area (Hilliard, OH). You’ll drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, identify customer needs, and build lasting customer relationships while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Paid training, weekly pay, and company-paid state certification help you grow. Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match are available after 30 days, plus PTO, holidays, and employee

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Able to pass MVR and background check and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route and perform lawn care applications.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment, safely.
