Job summary

Blades of Green is seeking a hands-on team member to apply fertilizers and weed control products, with full training provided. You will learn to identify common lawn weeds, pests, and diseases while operating spreaders, sprayers, and other equipment.

You will interact with customers, provide friendly service, and keep detailed notes on products used and services performed. Expect outdoor work daily with fresh air, sunshine, and a healthy amount of steps.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn — we can train the rest.
• Dependable and punctual — our customers count on us.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and weed control products (training provided).
• Learn to identify common lawn weeds, pests, and diseases.
• Operate spreaders, sprayers, and other equipment (training provided).
• Talk with customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Keep detailed notes on products used and services performed.
