Lawn Doctor of Desoto County in North Mississippi is seeking a Full-Time Lawn Technician to join our team. You will apply fertilizers and lawn treatments to customers' lawns, using motorized push spreaders or walk-behind equipment, while delivering top-notch service.

This role emphasizes outdoor work, safety, and customer interaction. No mowing or landscaping duties are required; training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Reliable with strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using motorized push spreaders or walk-behind equipment.
• Perform basic shop and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Promote and upsell additional services to customers in the field.
• Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and enhance their service experience.
• Maintain high productivity and quality service standards.
