BAM’S Landscaping in Kensington, MD is hiring dependable Landscape Crew Members/Laborers to join our Montgomery County team. Earn $20–$25/hr with performance incentives and a 4-day workweek. No landscaping experience?

That’s okay—we’ll train the right person. You’ll work with a small crew on residential and commercial projects, performing mowing, mulching, planting, pruning and cleanups, and you’ll learn to operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Interest in learning landscaping tasks and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist a small landscaping crew on residential/commercial projects.
• Mow, trim, mulch, plant, prune and perform site cleanups.
• Load/unload materials and operate basic equipment as trained.
• Help Crew Leader complete jobs safely and efficiently.
