Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Background in horticulture or landscaping preferred.
• Turf, weed, tree and shrub ID knowledge preferred.
• Davey landscape career development books to be completed on hire.
• Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course to be completed on hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in daily grounds and turf maintenance.
• Increase property value by guiding the crew and managing tasks.
• Plant, trim, mow, weed, mulch, and fertilize as needed.
• Diagnose turf and shrub health and environmental issues.
• Maintain communication with management and clients about landscape needs.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
