Job summary

Fogelman Properties seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appeal of our Memphis community. You will care for the grounds, common areas, and amenities, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include routine grounds maintenance, office and amenity area cleaning, trash removal, and assisting the maintenance team with make-ready turnovers. Weekend work may be required; safety and Fair Housing guidelines must be followed.

Qualifications

• One year of groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required depending on property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean community grounds and amenities.
• Clean the office and amenity areas.
• Remove trash in common areas and operate the trash compactor.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and breezeways.
• Assist with turnover of make-ready apartments.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
