Reporting to the Landscape Foreman, you will carry out mowing, planting, irrigation support, and routine upkeep while upholding the organization's compassionate mission and serving residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors. Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and tools.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Valid Florida driver's license preferred.
• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds across multiple properties.
• Perform routine lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, weed control.
• Plant, water, fertilize and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and beautification.
• Operate landscaping equipment: mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers.
• Remove debris and hazards from grounds.
• Support irrigation inspections and watering schedules.
• Report maintenance concerns to Landscape Foreman.
• Assist with loading/unloading and transporting materials.
• Follow safety policies and equipment guidelines.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facilities staff.
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, staff, volunteers.
