Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper/Punch Technician to maintain the exterior and common areas of our Hilton Head Island community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor, keep walkways clear, trash picked up, and assist with apartment turnovers and light repairs.

This role suits someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable outdoors. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift heavy items are required; prior groundskeeping or general maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years groundskeeping or maintenance experience.
• Basic painting and landscaping knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Experience in apartment or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, breezeways, and amenities.
• Collect and dispose of daily trash and debris; empty waste containers.
• Assist with turning vacant apartments and light cleaning.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks like painting and minor repairs.
• Operate landscaping tools and report safety concerns.
