Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper in Big Sur, CA to perform skilled and routine maintenance of park grounds, landscaping, and facilities. The role includes custodial tasks, safety awareness, and assisting with event setups to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities cover trash removal, lawn care, gardening, equipment operation, and basic maintenance of outdoor spaces, with emphasis on sanitation, customer service, and safety compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Pull trash from receptacles and replace bags.
• Clean outdoor areas, patios, sidewalks and facilities.
• Mow lawns, prune landscaping and maintain greenery.
• Operate lawn equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Assist with setup for events and relocate tables or barriers.
• Report safety issues to supervisor promptly.
