Job summary

Jordan Process is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility and surrounding property.

The role is full-time, outdoors, with a four-day workweek and opportunities for growth. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO and holiday pay, plus access to Aflac supplemental plans (employee-paid). You will operate landscaping equipment, maintain irrigation, and support seasonal projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or lawn maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care and irrigation systems preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
• Remove weeds, leaves, branches, litter, and debris from grounds.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, utility vehicles).
• Inspect irrigation systems and perform basic repairs or report maintenance needs.
