Job summary

EMR is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Associate to maintain outdoor spaces across our Camden, NJ locations. The role focuses on keeping sidewalks, sidewalks, and surrounding areas clean while ensuring a neat and presentable environment.

Responsibilities include removing litter, erasing graffiti, and reporting issues. A High School Diploma or GED is required, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position pays $15.92 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must have strong work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, gutters, and alleys to keep areas clean.
• Eliminate graffiti and posters from light posts, trashcans, and fences on EMR properties.
• Perform weed abatement to keep EMR locations well-maintained.
• Report broken infrastructure and graffiti to the appropriate parties.
• Submit daily written reports detailing tasks accomplished.
