Job summary

A facilities management company seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas within the Academy Mapleton Hill community. Responsibilities include mowing, planting, and equipment maintenance. Ideal candidates have groundskeeping experience, horticultural knowledge, and a high school diploma. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. This role requires physical stamina and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a groundskeeper or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic horticulture practices and principles.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge and trim lawns and landscaped areas.
• Plant, maintain, and remove plants, flowers, and trees.
• Operate and maintain grounds keeping equipment and tools.
• Prepare and maintain flower beds and gardens seasonally.

Skills

Familiarity with grounds keeping equipment
