Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is seeking a Golf Course Outside Service Attendant to assist Bully Pulpit guests with preparation for play and departure. You will help unload/load clubs, clean equipment, and maintain golf carts, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Outdoor position requiring reliability, English fluency, and the ability to work in varying weather. Prior golf course or driving range experience is a plus; evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest service.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience with golf courses or driving ranges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent guest service.
• Assist players by loading/unloading clubs.
• Handle and wash golf clubs for players.
• Clean and maintain the golf cart fleet.
• Maintain clean equipment and organize garages.
• Set up the driving range for play.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Participate in workplace safety meetings.
• Promote events and services with accurate information.
• Interact with guests, co-workers, and management in TRMF values.
• Perform other related duties as required.
