Bass Pro Shops in Bristol, TN is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-firearms). You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right products.

Responsibilities include promoting programs, maintaining merchandise, staying current on sales and pricing, and delivering a legendary shopping experience every time. This role requires 0-2 years of retail experience and being 18 or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Maintain merchandise on shelves and at the gun counter non-firearms.
• Provide legendary customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Remain product expert through ongoing product knowledge training.
