Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to build relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and courteously.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions for shoppers.
• Replenish and stock shelves according to merchandising guidelines.
• Remain a product expert through ongoing knowledge training.
• Maintain pricing and signage for advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restocking.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and stocked with supplies.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
• Promote store programs including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.
