Job summary

Scheels Hunting and Fishing Merchandiser - Part Time in Wisconsin. Responsible for unloading freight, tagging, pricing, stocking, and assisting customers. Flexible schedule between 9am–10pm, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ownership of tasks, and delivering a memorable customer experience while maintaining store presentation. Prior retail or merchandising exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for the floor or back stock.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to display areas.
• Assist customers and sales associates with loading purchased products.
• Follow merchandiser guides and checklists to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and back stock areas.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work independently and with the team.
• Accept additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
