Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to work in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor environment, operating a 5,000 lb forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of outdoor forklift experience, a HS diploma or GED, pass internal certification, and be able to read and write English. The role includes loading/unloading, inventory organization, and adherence to safety procedures while benefiting from benefits like 401(k) and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have reading and writing in English.
• 2+ years of experience operating 5,000 lb forklifts in outdoor yard environments.
• Able to perform routine inspection, fueling and preventive maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation.
