Job summary
Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry-level role includes training and a path to progression, with opportunities to increase earnings through our self-progression program and potential bonuses.
Responsibilities include traveling to customer premises, working outdoors, and using hand tools and computer software to diagnose and fix issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and locations as necessary.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
- Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility, reliability.
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record per company standards.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various conditions.
