Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises and educate users on proper use. This entry-level role includes on-the-job training and a clear path for self-progression, with pay increases as you advance through Technician levels.

You’ll work outdoors, travel to various locations, and build relationships with customers while developing technical skills and earning incentives. A driver’s license and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Travel to and from customer sites and facilities as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Strong communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on product use and troubleshooting.
