Job summary

Quiktrak is seeking 1099 Audit and Inventory Inspectors to perform field inspections across local areas. You will travel to assigned sites, conduct floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload results using a mobile device.

This role offers flexible hours, outdoor work, and earnings based on inspections. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in varying weather while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099) required.
• Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections.
• Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, and Microsoft.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

Responsibilities

• Perform field audits and floorplan inspections at various locations.
• Travel to assigned sites to perform inspections and data collection.
• Capture photos and upload inspection information using a mobile device (Android or iOS).
• Conduct property inspections, inventory verifications, or property condition assessments as needed.
