As an independent contractor, you may inspect floorplans, vehicles, equipment, or property. This role is field-based and outdoors, with a flexible schedule and earnings typically around $1,500 per month or more, depending on location and workload.

Qualifikationen

• 1099 Independent Contractor status
• Open availability during daytime hours
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
• Access to a computer with Wi‑Fi to accept and schedule jobs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
