21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full-time Utility Detail Specialist to maintain and care for our equipment inventory. If you’re thorough, detail-oriented, and eager to make a tangible impact, this role is for you.

You will clean and detail equipment exteriors, wax, buff, and restore surfaces; inspect units for dings or scratches; apply touch-up paint and decals; and maintain organized tools. The position involves outdoor work and meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to operate equipment from garden tractors to large combines.
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety practices.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and use a high‑pressure washer for long periods.
• Willingness to perform multiple duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail equipment exteriors.
• Wax, buff, and restore surfaces.
• Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery.
• Inspect units for dings, dents, or scratches.
• Touch up blemishes using paint and repair materials.
• Use cleaners, agents, and revitalizers for tough stains.
• Apply tire dressing and clean engine compartments.
• Ensure decals and stickers are properly applied.
• Replace damaged or missing parts.
• Maintain organized tools and workspaces.
