Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking entry-level sales representatives to join the field team. No prior roofing or sales experience is required, and training is provided.

You will engage with homeowners outdoors, schedule complimentary exterior inspections, and support the sales team in converting opportunities. This is a people-focused role with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow through performance-based bonuses.

• Learn the fundamentals of communication, customer interaction, and field sales.
