Job summary

Water Management Specialist Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our exterior construction crew as crew members and operators. You will help install drainage, irrigation, and landscape features while learning new skills on real job sites.

We offer full-time work, safety gear, weekly pay, overtime at time and a half, and room to grow within a 47-year tradition of service. Prior irrigation or landscaping experience is a plus, but we train motivated newcomers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Irrigation or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors.
• Willingness to learn and advance while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in demolition and excavation of fields.
• Assist in installation of irrigation and drainage systems.
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as spreading mulch, planting, digging, raking, shoveling.
• Learn to operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, tractors, bulldozer).
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Follow Foreman instructions to complete jobsite tasks.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work as part of a team.
• Other related duties as assigned.
