Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, following Invited’s service standards and the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. The role supports dining operations and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior F&B experience, required certifications, and completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service, following Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Know the full menu, features, and daily specials.
• Greet members by name with a warm welcome.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and keep work areas organized.
• Follow club cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
• Attend daily briefings and engage in required activities.
