Job summary

GO Car Wash is hiring a Sales Advisor to help customers keep their cars looking great and to introduce membership options that fit their needs. You'll work outdoors, interacting with customers, and earning uncapped commissions on memberships.

Typical earnings are around $15/hour, with additional earning potential from commissions. No experience is required—training is provided, and there's room to grow into leadership as you gain confidence in sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is awesome—but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout your shift

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with great energy
• Recommend the best wash and membership options
• Earn uncapped commission by helping customers sign up for memberships
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash
• Help customers with our self-serve vacuum area
• Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for every customer
• Learn quickly and follow safety procedures
