Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 required.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Exposure to heat, cold, rain and wind.
Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles.
Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
High pace, especially during peak hours.

Responsibilities

Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
Perform location cleanliness tasks: sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, minor landscaping.
Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with care.
