Job summary

Merrell, represented through ThirdChannel, seeks Brand Ambassadors for local retail training and merchandising support. You will visit assigned stores monthly to train associates and ensure brand standards. Flexible 1099 contract role starting at $70/hour, with travel incentives.

Ideal candidates love outdoor sports, have retail or merchandising experience, and can travel within the territory. You will use mobile apps to report on-store activity and merchandising execution.

Qualifications

• Passion for trail running, hiking or outdoor sports.
• Experience in retail, sales, brand ambassador, or merchandising roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory; comfortable using mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Educate retail associates on Merrell footwear and clothing.
• Support retail merchandising and product displays at store level.
• Capture store photos and complete reports using the ThirdChannel app.
• Conduct light inventory checks and share competitive insights.
