Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a Behavioral Aide to join our compassionate team. This entry-level role offers training and support, with shifts Full Time 8 AM–4 PM or Part Time 4 PM–9 PM, and a pay rate of $15.00–$17.50 per hour.

No prior experience required; ideal for individuals who enjoy the outdoors and helping others. You will provide supervision, companionship, and emotional reassurance to residents, reporting any behavioral concerns to nursing staff and maintaining a calm

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Warm, dependable, and compassionate personality.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide companionship to residents outdoors.
• Offer friendly conversation and emotional reassurance to residents.
• Observe and report behavioral concerns to nursing staff.
• Provide a calm, supportive environment for residents.
• Assist with outdoor activities and ensure safety.
• Monitor residents during outdoor periods and maintain engagement.
