Job summary

Pull-A-Part is hiring a Production Team Member to work on-site at one of our store locations, safely processing vehicles, maintaining equipment, and supporting daily production in an outdoor setting. You will interact with customers, handle dismantling tasks, and assist with stocking and maintenance under team guidance.

We value a friendly attitude, basic auto parts knowledge, tool experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of auto parts and mechanical functions.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with some weekends/overtime.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a safety-first culture and follow all safety/environmental procedures.
• Ensure clean and organized workspaces.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers.
• Inspect and operate production tools and equipment safely.
• Dismantle vehicles and remove designated parts and fluids.
• Perform general maintenance and assist with building upkeep.
• Assist with reporting inventory and achieving team goals.
• Wear PPE and follow SOPs daily.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Learn and grow new skills as directed by your team leads.
• Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
