Job summary

This year-round, non-benefited position offers up to 20 hours per week (up to 999 hours per year) with scheduling afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR/First Aid certification preferred, with training provided upon employment.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma/GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; if not certified, training provided upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate outdoor recreation and urban adventure programming (e.g., high ropes, archery, paddling, skating, BMX, scooters, parkour).
• Deliver lessons, create engaging activities, and assist in special events for youth and adults.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and perform basic facility upkeep.
