The Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, WV is seeking an energetic Activity Assistant to lead and supervise outdoor experiences for guests, from archery to guided tours and family activities. You will assist with scheduling, guest flow, and ensuring a safe, memorable visit.

Responsibilities include instructing activities, guiding guests, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with the team. Housing and uniform are provided; work hours are 45–55 per week.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 18+.
• Complete USA archery level 1 instructor or BSA archery rangemaster (training provided).
• Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (background screening).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication.

Aufgaben

• Execute, supervise, and guide a variety of activities (archery, throwing, aerial, fishing) for ages 6+.
• Facilitate property tours while driving the company van.
• Assist guests with activity scheduling and creating a seamless experience.
• Be knowledge experts for on-site hiking trails, local adventures, and family destinations.
