Job summary

WASATCH PEAKS RANCH seeks dedicated Activity Barn staff to plan and facilitate colorful, safe programs designed by the Activity Barn Supervisor and Manager. This role requires outdoor activity, crafts, and engagement with youth, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for all participants.

You will train with the Activity Barn team, lead diverse activities, and collaborate across departments to promote events and deliver quality guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching in classroom, art, physical education, or children's programs.
• Experience managing and facilitating activities programs.
• Strong time management and group leadership skills.
• CPR certification or equivalent emergency response training.
• Background in child-related services or private club youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering Activity Barn programs.
• Lead and facilitate crafts and outdoor activities for youth.
• Promote events and engage members and guests.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Activity Barn area.
• Collaborate with Activity Barn Supervisor/Manager and other departments.
• Attend trainings and adhere to policies and procedures.
