Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 9–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Travel up to 50% and hybrid on-site work required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, and roadmap from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, set baselines, success measures, and learning windows.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test assumptions and inform investments.
• Align partners and escalate decisions beyond authority when needed.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and steer direction.
• Prepare service owners to sustain adoption, funding, and benefits post-transfer.
