The role ensures orders are staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accurately and on time, while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and quality standards. The supervisor will lead the shipping forklift team on the floor, monitor shift productivity, and hold employees accountable to performance expectations.
