Job summary

Zones is seeking an Outbound Manager in Carol Stream, IL, to lead daily outbound warehouse operations for the Chicago Distribution department. You will direct 20–30 staff to pick, stage, pack, and ship orders in line with SLAs and ISO 9001 processes.

The role is 2nd shift (12:00pm–8:30pm). Qualifications include 3+ years in warehouse supervision, ISO9001 experience preferred, and strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in warehouse supervisory role focused on pick/stage/pack/ship.
• ISO9001 environment experience preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound personnel and oversee hiring/termination decisions.
• Manage printing, sorting, recording and distribution with order routing priorities.
• Communicate effectively with management and handle multiple tasks.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE to resolve inquiries and shipping issues.
• Ensure products are provided to customers on time, including packaging/logistics.
• Develop process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain department records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Meet outbound KPI targets and manage budget for warehouse expenses.
