Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Marana, AZ to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to boost productivity while preserving quality. You will coordinate deliveries, manage yard and plant trailer moves, and ensure accurate documentation and inventory control.

The role requires forklift certification, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with 2 years related experience or training.
• Lift-truck operator certificate required.
• Must work in temperature-controlled zones from -5 F to ambient.
• Must be flexible for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse crew to increase productivity while maintaining quality.
• Prints pick sheets, invoices, and other warehouse documents.
• Coordinates deliveries with Planning, Plant, Distribution and bottle vendor.
• Coordinates supplies delivery to Plant and trailer moves with Dispatch and Plant.
• Coordinates plant trailer moves using yard equipment.
• Tracks performance, trains, and monitors attendance of warehouse associates.
• Posts Daily and Weekly Performance charts.
• Conducts meetings to explain policies and procedures.
• Load trucks, pick batches, unload trucks, rotate inventory, and assist staff.
• Assists in inventory control.
• Maintains cleanliness and a safe working environment; ensures regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
