Job summary

ALDI is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Outbound) in Connecticut. This role supports inbound/outbound stock, stores orders, and prepares shipments to stores. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas with a training and safety program.

Shifts include 2nd with Schedule A1/A2 and rotating D schedules. Pay ranges from $24.75 to $31.25 per hour depending on shift and years of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receives (Inbound) or selects (outbound) stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse per handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise for shipment.
• Keeps warehouse clean to meet safety standards.
• Participates in inventory counts as required.
• Communicates with peers and leadership to exchange information.
• Assists in process improvements and quality/safety concerns.
• Operates equipment following safety guidelines.
