Job summary

MORALES BEVERAGE GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Associate, Outbound for our Medley, FL location. This full-time role focuses on safe operation of warehouse equipment, accurate picking/packing, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle labeling, product shrink-wrapping, and collaborate across departments to meet daily targets while adhering to safety guidelines. Prior warehouse experience and willingness to work weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekend hours.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport products.
• Utilize handheld devices to generate and accurately apply labels to products.
• Accurately pick and pack orders in diverse warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including non-temperature controlled, temperature-controlled, and bonded storage areas.
• Ensure precise inventory management by selecting cases correctly and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
• Secure products by shrink-wrapping them on the loading dock.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to aisle assignments and performing end-of-shift cleanup to promote workplace safety.
• Work collaboratively with team members across various departments to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
• Participate in all required company and daily safety meetings.
