DecksDirect.com in Whitestown, Indiana, is hiring an Outbound Warehouse Associate to play a key role in our Shipping Team. You will pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders accurately and safely.

This full-time, on-site role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with parcel and LTL shipments, use basic warehouse tools, and contribute to on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment following outbound standards.
• Process parcel and LTL shipments according to procedures.
• Safely transfer products to warehouse locations as needed.
• Ensure orders are shipped without damage and inventory is accurate.
• Perform stock replenishment and product put-away activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment and use power tools as required.
