Job summary

Suburban Accessories, part of Suburban Automotive Services, is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Associate in Tampa, FL. You will pull and audit orders, ensure accurate invoicing and dealer delivery, and support outbound product flow with a safety-first mindset.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7am–4pm) with potential for growth and a stable, family-owned culture. Regional benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and PTO after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent work history and attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Forklift, pallet jack experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and load orders for delivery using RF units or pick tickets.
• Verify orders, invoices, and delivery details for accuracy.
• Label and prepare e-commerce, LPO, and DIO orders for dealer delivery.
• Support outbound product flow through efficient stocking and restocking.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and assist with quality control.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
• Adhere to SAS DRIVEN values and align with mission and vision.

As an Outbound Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. You will operate with a safety-first mindset to pull orders, audit parts, and place the invoice and parts in the location they will be delivered to.

Salary Overview

The pay rate for this role starts at $20 per hour based on experience.

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm.

Outbound Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Include

Outbound Warehouse Associate Working Conditions And Physical Demands Include

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Must be okay with walking and standing for extended periods.
