Job summary

Suburban Accessories is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Associate in the Stow, OH area. You will pull, audit, and prepare orders for delivery, using RF devices and pick tickets, while maintaining accuracy and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities include staging, labeling, and supporting outbound flow; cross-training for team versatility; and adhering to company DRIVEN values. This role offers consistent weekday hours and potential growth in a family-owned logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good attendance history and reliable punctuality.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Forklift, parts picker, and pallet jack experience preferred.

As an Outbound Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. You will operate with a safety-first mindset to pull orders, audit parts, and place the invoice and parts in the location they will be delivered to.

Salary Overview

The pay rate for this role starts at $20 per hour based on experience.

Hours

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

Outbound Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Include

• Pick, stage, and load orders for delivery using RF units or pick tickets.
• Verify orders, invoices, and delivery details for accuracy.
• Label and prepare e-commerce, LPO, and DIO orders for dealer delivery.
• Support outbound product flow through efficient stocking and restocking.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and assist with quality control.Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of the team.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

Outbound Warehouse Associate Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent work history and attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Forklift, parts picker, and powered pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.
