You will partner with Transportation, DC Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and Store Operations to identify initiatives that enhance network performance and drive scalable, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation systems or related processes.
• Broad transportation & supply chain knowledge.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise outbound transportation strategies.
• Partner with Transportation, DC Ops, Planning, Inventory, and Store Ops to improve network performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Establish processes and relationships across the business and Supply Chain.
